Crafting an Effective Enrollment Campaign

Creating a New Campaign for Enrollments:

In today’s competitive educational landscape, attracting new students is crucial for the success of any institution. A well-crafted enrollment campaign can make a significant difference in reaching prospective students and converting them into enrolled learners. Here’s a comprehensive guide to creating an effective enrollment campaign.

1. Select you Campaign:

Before launching your campaign, it’s essential to establish clear objectives. Are you looking to increase overall enrollment numbers, attract a specific demographic, or promote a new program? Setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals will help guide your campaign strategy and evaluate its success.

If you subscription allows for it you can also select "Create New Campaign" and get right into creating multiple camplaings for different schools.

2. Enter the Campaign information:

Here you will enter the schools name and a short description you would like to have show up on the students enrollment page/scanning page. The schools URL can be placed under URL and we will place that on the enrollment page as well. (Branding will need to be enabled for your subscription). 

4. Select a School:

Select the drop down and select your school. If your school does not exist, simply add it! Please search for that article to get started.

5. Campaing Status:

  • Draft - This mode will do nothing. You can keep unused campaings in this mode.
  • In Progress - This mode will start you campaign. This mode will Start your enrollment form and allow Studnets to fill it out. A QR-Code will be generated this can also be scanned. This will have another article detailing this function.
  • Completed - This is for finished campaings. 

Once all items are set select "Save Changes"
